Class Menu :
1/Hands-on cooking class: French Dijon Chicken and Duchess Potatoes. ( you will have your own kitchen table)
2/Dinner on site ( you will have your own dining table)
3/ French Cheeses tasting ( 5 kinds of Cheeses. 3 of them are PDO. the PDO labeL represents the guarantee to consumers that the product is the result of ancestral traditions and methods)
The class is BYOB: You can bring 1 bottle of wine per booking and we will open the bottle for you at no charge.
Your safety is our priority:8 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks in the kitchen. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
