At Bravo Maine! We want the cooking classes to be a fun entertainment occasion and all our classes are hands-on.
Your safety is our priority: 8 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks in the kitchen. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
– Hands-on cooking class :
Italian Ravioli with Beef filling from scratch / Ricotta Spinach option. Please contact us after your booking if you want the Ricotta Spinach option.
– Dinner on site. The class is BYOB. You can bring 1 bottle of wine per booking and we will open it for you at no charge
