Croissant and Chocolate croissant Pastry Chef Jasmine will take you step-by-step through the croissant-making process. In this hands-on class, you will make the ‘détrempe’ and ‘beurrage’, then learn how to properly shape, fill and bake to achieve flaky, delicate croissants. The class is hands-on. This class is perfect for friends for want to have a fun and safe activity together 9am to 11am : workshop 11am to 12pm : French lunch 12pm to 2pm : workshop Your safety is our priority: 10 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer.
