Hands-on cooking class
Class Menu :
Hands-on cooking class: Vegan Ravioli with sesame sweet potato filling and coconut sauce. We will make the pasta dough and the coconut sauce from scratch. We will use Butterly pea flower to color the dough.
Dinner on site after the class. The class is BYOB. You can bring 1 bottle of wine per booking and we will open the bottle for you at no charge.
Your safety is our priority: 10 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks in the kitchen. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
