About The Position

Busy Convenience Store and Seasonal Restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Restaurant Manager to lead our prepared food operations.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day food prep for quality and consistency
· Coordinate food orders
· Check freshness and quality of ingredients
· Assist in the development of menu items
· Standardize recipes
· Develop systems for efficiency
· Hire, train and develop employees
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
· Previous catering experience preferred
· Knowledge of cost and labor systems
· Passion for food and cooking techniques
· Strong leadership qualities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
