The Lead Cook will be responsible for the overall preparation and execution of all food items for the Top of the East Lounge, and assist the Executive Chef with projects as necessary.
This position will ideally be scheduled for four, 10 hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday.
*Sign On Bonus will be paid out in the following increments: $250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment
