Skills Needed: Must be detail oriented, clean working, and able to work in tight spaces. Willing to take/follow instruction. Will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, execution, plating, and clean-up of a taproom menu. Will work closely with the head chef but must have the ability to hold one's own. Basic knife/kitchen/safety skills are a must, as is a current ServSafe certificate. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Our kitchen is an encouraging, communicative, and positive environment. Enthusiasm and respect are a must. As are Fridays/Saturdays availability. Flexible per-diem/training until April/May.
