Cafe This Way in Bar Harbor will be looking for a Sous Chef in May of 2020.. This is a five night a week job (six if you want) that will go from late May until late October. Must have experience running a line in a very busy kitchen, be able to create nightly specials, be organized, supervise other kitchen staff, and get along with others. We will also be hiring line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers if you don’t think you have the experience for sous chef. If you are a foodie there is lots of room to be creative. Possible housing. Pay based on experience.
