The restaurant has an open kitchen concept featuring a custom stone hearth wood fired grill. The stone hearth grill is the primary means of cooking turning out delicious, smoke-kissed-meats, seafood and vegetables over a live hardwood fire. Our full bar features Maine craft beer, wine and cocktails. Our seasonal affordable menu with handcrafted preparations will be skillfully simple, quick, healthy and delicious. As we move into dinner service the focus will shift even more to foods prepared over the live hard wood fire. Choices of grilled meats, seafood and poultry with creative sides along with other classic dishes from the sauté station surely please. The addition of an ever-changing, small plates menu with classic and creative preparations is also popular at night to start off our guests evening, enjoyed as a complete meal or simply shared by the whole table. We also have a Cookshack Smoker in the back kitchen turning out mouthwatering pit smoked meats, seafood and handmade sausages likely to become some of our signature items.
