Q: Where did you learn to cook? A: I learned to cook in restaurants.
Q: What was it in life that made you decide you wanted to be a cook? A: I fell in love with the rush of a busy service and the feeling you get once you’ve created something delicious.
Q: What’s your favorite thing to prepare? My favorite thing to cook would have to be duck, from breaking down the birds to all the ways you can cook the breast and legs.
